LPN
Part time, 37.5 hours per two weeks
Days, 6am-2:30pm, includes working every other weekend and rotating holidays
Current Wisconsin nursing license required. Prior experience working in a long term care environment preferred.

RESIDENT CARE TECHNICIAN (RCT)
Part time positions available: Day, PM Overnight Shifts
All shifts include working every other weekend and rotating holidays.
Requires current Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification and excellent work history.

CULINARY SERVICES ASSISTANT

Part time

11:30am-8:00pm every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Previous experience working in food service helpful. Excellent work history a must! Must be at least 16 years of age.

GRACE WOODLANDS

A community-based residential facility designed to meet the special needs of those indiviuals with issues of dementia.

RESIDENT ASSISTANT
Part time, 40 hours per two weeks

NOC shift, 11pm-7am or 10PM-6AM, includes working every other weekend and rotating holidays
C.N.A license recommended. Prior experience working in long term care environment preferred. Excellent work history.

RESIDENT ASSISTANT

On-call, casual, includes working every other weekend and rotating holidays

C.N.A license recommended. Prior experience working in long term care environment preferred. Excellent work history.

GRACE ADULT DAY SERVICES-CHIPPEWA FALLS
Provides programming to seniors and adults with developmental disabilities.

PROGRAM ASSISTANT
Part time, 20-28 hours per week. MONDAY-FRIDAY, NO WEEKENDS! MUST BE FLEXIBLE. Requires previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and an ability to think creativiely is a must. Previous nursing assistant training/experience preferred; previous experience working with autism is a plus.
