Grace Adult Day Services in Eau Claire, Altoona and Chippewa Falls provide a safe, structured environment in which adults can maintain and enhance social and health care aspects of daily life. Our licensed day centers serve seniors and cognitively and/or developmentally disabled adults, allowing them the opportunity to remain in their home.
Clients find a caring environment and a person-centered approach to help them experience a renewed sense of independence and success. They receive health care monitoring, medication assistance, ecumenical services, personal care, and bathing assistance. We serve a warm, well balanced meal, nutritional morning and afternoon snacks, and can accommodate specialized diets and food preferences.
Clients receive individualized care plans to determine the level of care as well as programming designed specifically for them. We also provide respite, support and educational resources to the caregiver. |
There are many opportunities for social interaction and acceptance, rediscovering old interests, finding new leisure time activities, and forming friendships. And we have fun! Activities include community outings, dining out, special interest clubs, games, cooking and baking, beauty shop and barber services.
