Part time positions available: Day, PM Overnight Shifts
All shifts include working every other weekend and rotating holidays.
Requires current Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification and excellent work history.

PERSONAL CARE WORKER
Casual position, fill in for vacations. Shifts, hours vary-must be flexible. No set schedule. Previous experience working in an assisted living environment preferred; nursing assistant training/certification helpful.

GRACE ADULT DAY SERVICES-CHIPPEWA FALLS
Offers services to individuals with issues of aging and adult DD, and their families

PROGRAM ASSISTANT

Part time, 20-26 hours per week. Monday-Friday, days, no weekends.

Must be flexible. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; ability to think creatively is a must. Previous nursing assistant training/experience preferred; previous experience working with autism is a plus.

CERTIFIED MEDICATION TECHNICIAN
PM Shift - Full or part time hours available. Benefit-eligible for positions 30 hours or more per week. Must have successfully completed Wisconsin approved medication administration assistant course, must be a certified nursing assistant. Under supervision and director of professional nurse, prepares, administers and records select scheduled medications to residents. American Lutheran Home-Mondovi is a 50-bed rehab and skilled nursing facility; ALH-Mondovi is located 25 miles south of Eau Claire, American Lutheran Home is managed by Grace Lutheran Foundation, Inc.

PER DIEM FLOAT NURSE
American Lutheran Home-Mondovi, a faith-based, not-for-profit, 50 bed rehab and skilled nursing facility, is currently offering an excellent opportunity for the right individual to fill our Per Diem Float Nurse position. This position has overall responsibility for team development, regulatory compliance, recruitment and effective leadership of nursing team; reports directly to Administrator. Must be RN, with minimum of 5 years clinical and managerial experience, preferably in rehab and/or long term care setting. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent salary and benefits, recently renovated facility, caring environment.
