Grace Adult Day Services - Chippewa Falls is a state of the art facility created from scratch with our client’s needs being top priority. Our facility is licensed to serve adults with issues of aging and cognitive/ developmental disabilities.
We provide a safe, structured environment in which adults can maintain and enhance social and health care aspects of daily life while allowing them the opportunity to remain in their home.
A variety of person-centered services are offered to enable our clients to focus on their individual needs and interests. There are opportunities for socializing, discovering new leisure time activities, and forming friendships.

Respite, support, and educational resources are available. We also provide healthcare monitoring, medication assistance, personal care, and bathing. Individualized care plans help to determine a level of care, as well as programming designed specifically for each individual.

Who Are These Services For?
Adult Day Services may be the right choice to assist people with the following desires and/or characteristics:
• Are unable to work or participate in
supportive employment or post
secondary education
• Need assistance with areas of life skills
enhancement and social skills

Adult Day Services provides the caregiver peace of mind, coverage during work hours, time and energy to take care of their self and other family member’s needs, and support and assistance in care planning.

In addition to warm, well balanced chef prepared meals, am and pm snacks, baking groups and specialized diets, our entrée of services is very impressive; including, aromatherapy, pet therapy, beauty salon/ spa, quest speakers, high noon tea, ecumenical services, spa manicures and pedicures, music entertainment, relaxation lounge, home theatre, monthly outings, Friday happy hour, special interest clubs, and a sensory stimulation room.
