Grace Adult Day Services-Eau Claire provides clients with social interaction and acceptance in a safe, structured environment. Day Services help to maintain and enhance social and health care aspects of daily life, which allows people to have the opportunity to remain living at home.
By providing a caring environment and a person-centered approach, our clients experience a renewed sense of independence and success. It is a place to be engaged in conversation, in activity, and in community. Our clients can meet new friends and rediscover old interests.
We also provide medication assistance, bathing and personal care assistance, and health care monitoring.
