Grace Lutheran Communities will be an exhibitor at the Be Empowered – Health Care Decision Making event. The event will take place in Chippewa Falls on November 19 from 3 to 6 p.m.

Medical decisions are always difficult, no matter what stage of life you’re in. This event will help you become prepared and informed about the care you want to receive now and in the future. Members of the community who want to learn more about how to plan for their future health care should attend this event.
