Updated Visitation Guidelines
We are so pleased to share that, in light of new guidance released recently by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which is based on continued distribution and administration of COVID-19 vaccines, we continue to ease up indoor visitation guidelines.
Our ability to continue to offer visits into the near future hinges on the health and wellness of our residents. For this reason, we may have to restrict visits to specific visitors if our Visitation Guidelines are not able to be followed. Additionally, if facility enters outbreak status (one case of COVID-19 in the facility), visitations will be put on hold until facility has determined it is safe to allow visitation again, in accordance with CDC and CMS guidelines, and in conjunction with the local public health department.
