Located in Chippewa Falls, Grace Adult Day Services offers a safe, structured environment where adults can enhance their quality of life through meaningful social engagement and personalized healthcare support. Our licensed day services program supports individuals with physical or health challenges, memory impairments, and cognitive or developmental disabilities.

Our services help participants remain in their homes and stay active in the community. While their loved one attends our program, caregivers and family members have time to rest, work, or manage daily responsibilities with peace of mind.

Services are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
