Connecting through Music and Touch

On Tuesday, March 28th special guests from St. Croix Hospice taught our residents at River Pines about the clinical and quality of life benefits utilizing complementary therapies inlcuding music, massage, and pet therapy. The licensed therapists from each discipline shared thier experitse in each subject as well as provided hands-on demonstrations. The residents also learned about how hospice can help by providing supportive services.

Grace Lutheran Communities has been helping our friends and neighbors in communities all over the Chippewa Valley since 1960. The non-profit organization specializes in rehabilitation, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, child care, independent living, and adult day services.
