Human Resources Department Expanding

Posted 9/1/2015

With an 18.5-million dollar building under construction and a new management contract with Pioneer Nursing Home in Prairie Farm, Wisconsin, the human resources department at Grace Lutheran Communities is expanding.

“This is an exciting time for Grace as we continue to provide the best senior care in the industry here in Western Wisconsin. The two key employees will help us grow and take care of all of our talented employees whose dedication is second to none,” said Human Resources Director Bryan Bessa.

Grace is proud to announce Tria Vang has been hired as our Employee Engagement Specialist. Vang will respond to the individual needs of our communities and provide additional support for employees to answer questions, provide guidance and training and enhance safety. Vang has a BA in Human Resource Management and four years of previous HR experience, most recently as a Human Resources Director.

Joining her in the human resources department is Jennifer Bradley who has been hired as our Employee

Retention Specialist. Bradley will be focused on new hire training, our ongoing mentorship program as well as helping to develop talented persons in the organization as they grow into new management roles. Bradley has a BFA in Art Education and comes to Grace after eight years of teaching in the Eau Claire School District.

“The creation of these positions and the caliber of talent we were able to attain to fill the roles have already exceeded our expectations and we are thankful for the Grace Lutheran Foundation Board of Directors’ and the Executive Team’s  support to make this a reality,” Bessa said.

Grace Lutheran Communities has been helping our friends and neighbors in communities all over the Chippewa Valley since 1966. The non-profit organization specializes in rehabilitation, assisted living, skilled nursing, child care, independent living and adult day services. The foundation also manages senior care facilities for American Lutheran Homes and First Lutheran Foundation.
