Grace Lutheran Communities Implements Innovative Payment Tool for Employees

We are excited to announce a new employee payment tool, PayActiv, which will allow real-time access to wages employees have earned. Benefits of this new platform also include bill pay options through the PayActiv, easy transfers to a bank account, cash access when users need it, a savings tool, and more!



According to PayActiv, it is estimated that 40% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck. PayActiv was created as a helpful tool for those 40% to be able to access the cash when they need it, instead of that cash being held for one to two weeks before payments are disbursed. This payment tool will not be required of all employees, but will be available for anyone who would like to utilize it. It is an exciting innovation that we believe will benefit our employees by making their earned wages more accessible. This is a turn-key implementation at Grace as we know that when you take great care of your employees, they take great care of your residents. We will always look for more ways to improve our workplace culture for our wonderful residents and staff.
